Toyota Hilux Revo Exterior

The exterior has been completely revamped. The pickup is now bigger and wider.  Hilux robust character is apparent with its elevated and tough body frame

The redesigned front grill is now more prominent and melding into streamlined backswept headlights and flanked by broader wheel-arches. Prominent eye brow shaped Day Light Running Lights (DRLs) are another stunning addition that not only enhance the quality of the drive but also make the front even more beautiful. Toyota Hilux Revo Interior

Toyota Hilux Revo is now much more comfortable.with leather seats on the top end models. Dashboard has been redesigned and now dominated by a large tablet sized screen that will act as an infotainment system. The screen seems to stand out and can probably be removed. Revo interior despite being comfortable is still very practical with a sharp dashboard that keeps everything at one’s fingertips.

Toyota Hilux Revo Drivetrains

2500 cc and 3000 cc D-4D engines have now been dropped in favour of newly minted ESTEC (Economy with Superior Thermal Efficient Combustion)  GD powertrains that are 2400 cc and 2800 cc. VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbo) is being retained and will be available in both engines. The new GD engines will feature common rail direct injection at 1,350 bar and a variable geometry turbocharger.

The advanced 2800 cc diesel 2GD-FTV 132kW 2.8-litre four-cylinder engine rated at 177 horsepower at 3,400 rpm and 450 Nm of torque at 1,600-2,400 rpm in six-speed automatic and 420Nm in six-speed manual form.

Entry level 2400cc 1GD-FTV 112/125kW 2.4-litre revving at 160 hp will be available with 400Nm (auto) and 343Nm (manual).

2700 cc Dual VVT-i Petrol engine will be retained. V8 4000 cc Petrol may be offered from Australia only.

Toyota Hilux Revo is available in Single Cab, Smart Cab and Double Cab. There will be 31 variations of Revo. Single Cab Toyota Hilux Revo will be available in 4×4 for the first time in Thailand so we will have Toyota Hilux Revo Single Cab 4×2 and 4×4 Single Cab Revo. Toyota Hilux Revo Extended Cab, Toyota Revo Smart Cab will be available in three configurations: Toyota Revo Smart Cab 4×2, Toyota Revo Smart Cab Prerunner and Toyota Revo Smart Cab 4×2. Likewise Double Cab Toyota Hilux Revo will be available in Double Cab Revo 4×2, Double Cab Revo Prerunner and Double Cab Revo Four Wheel Drive.
